Ivanas Äppelstrudel

JABLEČNÝ ŠTRůDL / APPLE STRuDEL

•pastry•
500 g whole grain flour
200-300 ml water
pinch of salt
3 spoons of oil

•filling•
grated apples
cinnamon
salt
raisins
walnuts
poppy seeds

•Dough preparation•
mix all the ingredient, add water as last, make firm dough and leave it to "rest" for 20 min,
roll it out as thin as possible on "floured"surface, stuff with apple mixture, bake on oiled and "floured" baking tray.
